3 Month Limited Warranty

Bira Craft and Stationary offers three months from the original date of purchase, when used in accordance with all operating instructions and recommended media. Proof of purchase showing the date of purchase from Bira Craft and Stationary. You may obtain warranty service by contacting the Bira Craft and Stationary customer support department for return authorization. Products sent to Bira Craft and Stationary facilities for repair without authorization will be returned to you at your expense. Bira Craft and Stationary will cover any defects covered under warranty at no charge within approximately 7 - 10 business days. The original warranty on your product remains – it does not restart from the repair date.

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS first class package, Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground depends on the product size and weights.
