ORDERING AND PROCESS
1. Select the style of your pillow.
2. Send me your pets photo through Etsy message. Make sure your photos are clear and taken in neutral lighting – daylight is best. You can take at least one photo in the pose that you want your pet to be drawn. It is helpful if at least one of the photos is taken straight to capture all the features of your pet’s face
3. Let me know if you would like to also embroider your pet’s name or any decorative background elements
4. Let me know if this order is a gift and I will be happy to write a gift note
6. I begin the embroidery process. I will send you a photo of the sketch of the portrait for approval before beginning. I will also send you update photos of the progress for feedback. You can ask for adjustments throughout the process, so the portrait turns out exactly how you want it.
7. Once the portrait is completed, I will send you a photo of the finished piece for approval.
8. If you have questions any time during the process, send me a message.

PROCESSING TIME
The lead time for custom embroidery is typically 2 weeks, although it may vary depending on the time of year. If you need your order expedited, please use the contact form and provide the required date, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

SHIPPING
All embroidery orders that are shipped via Ukrposhta or Nova Posit with a tracking number. It's important to note that customs fees may apply in your country. If you require expedited shipping through UPS Express or FedEx, please follow to link to arrange it.
