I do custom repairs, the service is for clothes with (moth) holes, stains or purely decorative needs. The hole or stain gets covered with a machine embroidery in my studio. I use TENCEL threads to embroider with, the most sustainable embroidery thread on the market at the moment. TENCEL is made from 100% sustainably grown bamboo and is Öko-tex certified. This material does NOT break down into micro-plastics, it breaks down as an organic matter. Therefore all of my products are more sustainable than normal patches and most other statement earrings.

All items will be posted via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for delivery, or international signed for delivery. Only items under £10 will be posted as standard for lower shipping fees.

If your package is lost in the mail (I HATE it when this happens) please know that this issue will need to be addressed/a claim will need to be made with the postal service. We provide tracking with each package, but once it has left our hands, it's up to the postal service to deliver it safely (and 99.9% of the time they do!)
