We do not accept returns as our products are all made to order, we understand this may cause some issues but we kindly ask you to reach out if you need a sample before hand, this will help with the process and save us time in the fabrication process and any costs associated, please bear in mind we're small design and manufacturing business and we make all our products in house here in London.

Cancellations:

if you wish to cancel an order please contact us within 48 hours this ensures any production that has been scheduled can be cancelled, we kindly ask you read our FAQs or reach out to us if you require any information about our products.

Product lead times are a balance between meeting our customer demands for quick delivery and ensuring the product meets quality standards, they may at times be delays which can occur for various reasons, including unexpected issues with suppliers, equipment breakdowns, design changes, and external factors but we will do everything we can to meet the demand and speed up the process, please bear in mind we manufacture all our products in our London studio and we want you to receive quality products from us.

Since we design and make the products ourselves we can meet any custom requirement you may have for your space.

Our products are all made from sustainable materials and have been adapted and strengthen with polymers to give added strength and durability. What makes our materials unique is the formulated blend of sugarcane and other compounds such as wheat and coconut fibres we use to make our products which are not commonly found in the marketplace, we have continued to expand our range with research and development into new materials.

We've just upgraded our toolkit and can now fabricate even grander designs, ranging up to 1 meter wide and 1.6 meters high allowing us to dream bigger and build larger, we welcome any new projects from towering sculptural light pieces to colossal architectural wonders, the possibilities are now limitless, please feel free to make your enquiries.

We now have the ability to test and experiment with different tonal colours and pigments which gives us the design advantage when dealing with colour styles, we also have the ability to adapt our finishes for example gloss, matt and pearl, please reach out with your pantone colours and we can send over a quote for you to have a look at.

Clean with a wet cloth or air duster to remove any dust particles, please do not use any chemicals substances to clean the shades.

Please Note: LED light bulbs are to be used with our lampshades only this is due to the low level of heat emissions and are perfectly suited for our shades as they consume up to 80% less energy than traditional bulbs furthering the commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability.
