Custom and personalized orders

If you are interested in a custom order, please contact me with the specifics. On average, custom orders require between 1-3 weeks for completion and shipping. If you have a large quantity or something that is more labor intensive, please allow for more time. You will be provided with an estimated ship-by date prior to your purchase. Custom orders will require payment upfront. Once payment is received I will start making your custom piece immediately. As soon as it is done I will notify you and have it carefully packaged, insured and shipped. There are no refunds on custom orders

Items will ship within the listed shipping window, after receiving payment. I ship all jewelry items via USPS First Class Mail with tracking, which takes approximately 3-5 days to arrive in addition to the stated processing time; however, the post office does not guarantee delivery by a certain date. If your purchase is time sensitive, please contact me prior to placing an order for Express Mail rates. All larger domestic and international packages ship via USPS Priority Mail, which includes a tracking number and $50 of insurance. If you would like additional insurance added to your package, please contact me for rates. Within the USA, these packages typically take 2-3 days to arrive in addition to the stated processing time.

Package Returns Due to Insufficient/Incorrect Address

If I have a package returned to me due to insufficient or incorrect address information, you are responsible for both the initial and re-shipment costs. Please double-check your shipping address to ensure this doesn't happen to you.

International packages are subject to customs inspection, so please allow ample time for them to arrive. Please be aware that the value of your order will be accurately reflected on the customs declaration. You are responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes levied after the initial US postage. These fees could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers/post office. I mark all custom forms with "Fused Glass" and will not mark a package as "Gift" as this is considered a federal offense. Thanks for understanding. EU buyers wishing to return a non-custom item may do so for any reason as long as I am contacted within 14 days of the item's delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact me so I can make it right! All regular items shipped are 100% refundable for any reason, excluding shipping fees and any duty or customs charges. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs necessary to return the item to the seller. All items must be returned within 7 days of delivery with a copy of the invoice and must be sent registered (requires my signature when I receive it). Refunds cannot be authorized for items that have been lost or damaged in transit, so please consider purchasing insurance from the carrier for any returned package.

If an item arrives damaged, please keep all packing materials and take a picture of the package and item. Please contact me through Etsy within 3 days of delivery and include the photo of the damage so we can discuss the best method to return the item and process your refund. Damaged items must be returned to me before I will be able to process your refund or exchange.

For some reason choosing that perfect "little something extra" was always such a struggle. So I finally came up with a solution that my friends and family loved, and I wanted to share it with you, too! This is not a greeting card. This is a greeting card, plus a little something extra. A sparkly little handmade glass gift that the recipient can enjoy for years to come!

Each 4"x6" folding white greeting card includes a beautifully embossed border detail and features a hand-stamped greeting in deep gray archival ink and a handmade removable glass keepsake. The inside of the card is blank for your message. Each card comes with a sturdy aqua envelope.

Each glass keepsake measures approximately 1.25" by 1.25", and with the attached ribbon it measures approximately 5" from top to bottom. Each bumble bee glass design is made by hand, so please allow for variations in the piece you receive - each is a unique piece of collectable glass art! Each glass bee has dichroic wings (dichroic coatings are designed to change colors under different lighting conditions and viewing angles - see video), to represent the shimmery, iridescent quality of actual wings.

Bumble bee cards are not intended to be sent through the mail, so please hand-deliver these cards or include them inside a larger package.
