You can find your model in your device’s settings under “About Phone.” If you’re unsure, feel free to send us a message!

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t entered production, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

• Production Time: 1–3 business days • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days (U.S. only) Please note: Processing and shipping may take longer during holidays or high-volume times.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if confirmed.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?
