A Vintage Antique Art Deco Ca. 1930's Electric Gooseneck Table Lamp, Desk lamp, Work Lamp, Cast Iron Base, Wall Mount, Restored and Rewired. Here is an Electric Art Deco Table lamp, Desk lamp from the 1930's Art Deco Period that also be used as a Wall Mount Light Fixture. This Vintage Gooseneck Electric light would have originally been manufactured for an Office or work setting. The base is made from solid cast Iron and it has an Art Deco decorative line and circle pattern with rubber feet making it suitable for a desk, table top. There is also a hole cast into the base that would allow this to be attached to a wall or secured to a desk making this a work lamp. The shade is original to this light it is made from pressed tin and it has a new powder coat in Leather as well metallic silver reflective coat on the inside. The light socket is original and is solid brass with an E26 Bulb Socket with turn knob on/off switch. The E26 is the standard medium light socket size here in North America however they are also available in Europe as well. The wiring is new and is a 18 gauge black fabric double twist wire as well as a new period Acorn electric plug.

It has been restored and rewired and will be ready for immediate use. This electric Art Deco era Gooseneck light fixture is suitable for a desk or table selling as well as a good work light for the home. It has the added feature of being able to screw it into a wall or on a desk for a secure hold where an adjustable light source is fixture is needed.
