Because I sell online, I offer adjustable toe rings. I have a listing that gives you more information on how to measure for an adjustable toe ring. You can find it under my "How To" section or search for "How To" in my shop. I offer a ring sizing belt in my shop too! If you buy a ring sizer from my shop, and then purchase a ring later, I will refund you for the ring sizer. Solid toe rings are best sold in person due to the complexity of measuring.

Will toe rings tarnish? Are they 'Waterproof'?

Silver and Gold naturally tarnish when exposed to oxygen. The more you wear it, the less chance you will see any tarnish. Body oils and daily use keep the oxidation away. If you store your item for a long time, without any handling, it will start to oxidize. You just need to keep it cleaned and polished. Just use a soft toothbrush and gentle soap. A polishing cloth works best. "Waterproof" is a new Marketing gimmick that means the seller coated their jewelry in plastic. The plastic prevents oxygen from reaching the metal. It also means that plastic will be rubbing against your skin. That coating eventually wears off. I'm sure a future class-action lawsuit will require these sellers to start disclosing this practice.

Do these toe rings fit men?

The majority of my customers are women so my rings are sized to fit smaller toes. Each listing has an approximate size to help you determine if it best fits your toe size. Men may find a few rings that will fit their second toe. Men typically wear between a 5 and 7. Some of my adjustable rings will open up to a 4.5 comfortably. However, you can read my instructions on how to measure for an adjustable ring above and may find that some of my rings will fit. If not, please see my return policy below. I do take custom requests if you want a specific size, color, or texture.

Dang it! My item is shipping to the wrong address!

Please contact me immediately. I take pride in shipping my orders quickly. If you receive an email stating your item has shipped, I will be taking it to USPS almost immediately after. If the item is already in possession of USPS, the only thing you can do is to see if the item gets forwarded or returned. If it gets returned to me, I will refund the item (not the shipping) to you. If you still want the item, just place a new order with the correct address. If I am able to prevent shipment, I will refund the item and shipping back to you. I am not able to update your address. Once the refund goes through, just place a new order with the correct address.

No questions asked Returns. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be sent back in NEW/ UNUSED condition in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping. If your return puts you under the free shipping threshold, original order shipping will be deducted from your refund. I process "exchanges" like "refunds". If you would like to "exchange", just place another order. I will refund your original item as described above. If an item is defective, I will request good photos and/or send you a shipping label to return it to me to investigate. I cannot issue a refund unless I can see what happened to the item in question. Please don't throw it away prior to contacting me. I can't help with lost items.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, I recently started accepting custom orders (2025). If you have a specific design in mind, metal color, size, texture, etc... Just send me a message to discuss. I am able to personalize just about anything for special occasions, gifts, etc. Due to the complexity of sizing solid, non-adjustable rings, I do not offer customs for these.

Will these rings discolor my skin?

Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper. Since I only store small batches, they don't sit around in my inventory for long periods of time. I also polish them before shipping them to you. Don't confuse black tarnish with green. What about Green? It's improbable but not impossible. Green appears usually with copper. I do offer Rose Gold rings. Copper is what gives the "Rose" color. I am switching most of my silver to Argentium, which is hypoallergenic and more tarnish resistant.

I Didn't Receive My Package

Check to make sure the address you used is correct. If not, wait a few days to see if the tracking shows it being returned to sender. If so, let me know. Your address is correct and the package shows delivered. I often see this in apartments or neighborhoods that share mailboxes. Often times, USPS delivered it to your neighbor. Check with neighbors or your apartment office. It doesn't hurt to leave a message for your mail carrier in your mailbox. They likely take these matters seriously and want to help. The main Post Office won't help if it shows "delivered". If you suspect theft, you can file a complaint with the police and USPS. Most USPS locations use GPS to determine delivery location.

My Item is a Gift, how should I communicate this to you?

My standard packaging is a drawstring bag inside a personalized corrugated shipper. By marking your toe ring order as a "gift", it will be packaged normally and the packing slip will NOT show the price of the items when mailed. You can also enter your own message that I will include in the package. If you are ordering multiples of the same ring, let me know if any are for gifts and I will try to include more bags.

Do you have a Community Style Mailbox? Get Lots of Undelivered Packages?

A Community Style mailbox is one that touches another mailbox to make it easier to USPS to deliver. USPS seems to have a difficult time delivering to mailboxes this way. It improves their speed but not their accuracy. If your address has an apartment, suite, or PO Box number, I try to write this on the label in bold marker to help the folks at USPS out. If you live in a neighborhood with a community style mailbox, which makes it less obvious to me, feel free to point this out in the notes section of your order. I'll write your street number on the box too! It can only help.
