How do I send over a photo for a customized photo order?

Simply send us over a message with your photo that you would like us to use attached. It will automatically link your order to your message, this way we will know who you are, and what order the photo goes with.

What kind of photo do I need to send over?

-close up -face front -good quality -clear -no hats or headbands (unless you want it in the finished product)

I received the wrong item / I received a damaged item. What do I do?

Before we package an order, we check to ensure it is perfect. We're sorry if a mistake slipped through! Just send us a message with a photo of the item attached and we will process a replacement or refund.

My package says delivered, but I can't find it.

Sometimes the mail carrier may mark a package as delivered before delivering. Typically, when this happens the package will be delivered in the next couple of days. If you still do not receive your package, contact your local post office and they will help you track it down. Feel free to message us for help!
