How do I shop for digital templates on Etsy?

Where can I print my templates?

>> LOCAL PRINTER (Recommended): We recommend a professional printing company who has specific expertise in printing. >> PERSONAL PRINTER: Please consider that if your print machine does not include a borderless feature to print edge to edge, your final print may include a white bleed / border or may print off centered. You will need to understand your print settings extremely well. Recommended Printer: https://amzn.to/3ZUXP5n NOTE: All of our Corjl & Canva templates have the option to download your template with or without crops or bleeds for a professional printer to trim the edges for the best final look.

Can I exchange or return my template after purchasing?

Due to the nature of this specific purchase, we cannot accept cancellations, refunds or exchanges as the digital downloads/access are instant. There are no physical items with this purchase. All templates expire 12 months from purchase date.

Can you guarantee the colors on your template designs?

Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to make this guarantee. There are many types of monitors and screens in the world, as well as print machines which will cause color variations for many different reasons. It could be the way the machines are calibrated, the difference in screen resolutions, the ink type and output levels and even the type of paper can impact the final color and look of your template. We also notice that some items print differently by employees based on their skill level. We always advise printing one sample to see the outcome of your template to see if you like the final look before mass printing.
