I didnt need customer services. I did run into issues with the letters not sticking to teansfer, so having a little razor to lift, then place the transfer back down will help. Once on the door held up well. One of my letters waa backwards, so i did have to remove it and flip it but it still stuck well.i didnt ask for replacements or anything, took awhile to come, but overall still happy.
