RETURNS: We gladly accept returns on any unpersonalized items within 14 days! To request a return, just send us a message and we will provide return instructions. No returns will be accepted without prior approval, and return shipping is buyer's responsibility. Items must be returned in original new condition.

EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges because our inventory sells out too quickly to guarantee we'll have the size/color/item you need by the time we receive your exchange. So to "exchange" a product, you'll want to order the new item ASAP while it’s in stock, and then return your original item back to us and we’ll refund it once it arrives! :)
