Vladimir had been very helpful in providing good advice when it's my first time making this purchase. The book came out absolutely beautiful and it was a gift for my anniversary celebration. After I confirmed the order and informed Vladimir that its an important gift and hopefully to be able to reach before a specific date, he helped to push and get the product ready and also helped to expedite on the delivery arrangement.
