What about cancellations for custom items?

T-shirts go into production within an hour to two hours after ordering. These custom items cannot be cancelled once they are in production, and they cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case where there's an issue such as a misprint or the wrong size sent.

What happens if an item is lost or damaged in the mail?

Damaged goods: Upon proof of damage, the item or items will either be replaced, or the buyer will be given a refund. All items are mailed securely packed in well-padded envelopes or boxes. Lost goods: If a loss occurs and the USPS tracking information states that the package was delivered, the buyer should contact their post office to inquire about their package. If the buyer suspects the package was stolen, they should file a stolen property claim with the USPS and local police. If a package is lost in transit and is not marked as delivered, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact Customs (if applicable) and the postal service before contacting us. We are not responsible for Customs fees or charges.
