All you need is the CNC cutting files, instructions in this listing, and a CNC router. If you don't have one search for a local CNC shop in your area.

Frame dimensions:
Length: 43.9 inches (1116 mm)
Width: 28.1 inches (713 mm)
Depth: 3.7 inches (94 mm)
Wood thickness 0.47 inch (12mm) with 0.47 inch (12mm) spacing.

There are notches on the backside of the panels for assembly. The slices are ordered and ready to cut on a 98.4 x 49.2 inch (2500x1250mm) sheet ( you will need 2 sheets).

I can change the model dimensions, thickness, and spacing and prepare new CNC files on request so feel free to contact me.
Suitable materials for cutting with CNC router - solid wood, plywood, MDF, HDF, etc.
