1. Kids' safety is our priority. Make sure not to leave your child alone if the toy includes small parts. Play together with you kid, have fun!
2. Ensure that your child doesn’t place the product into their mouth due to the choking hazard.
3. Store toys in a safe place, put them away when they are not being used.
4. Check your toys for damage frequently.
5. Throw away plastic wrap and other packaging after unpacking.

Production time and shipping are different processes.

1) We ship and deliver internationally to any location supported by USPS.

2) All orders are shipped and delivered to your shipping address between 7 – 21 days depending on the location and certain other factors.

3) Orders outside of Ukraine may be slightly delayed due to certain factors, including customs actions.

4) The shipping fees and costs are calculated based on the distance of your shipping address and are displayed to you on the checkout page before you place your order.

EXPRESS DELIVERY may be chosen, but the price will be 20-25$ . Delivery time 6-8 business days.

We offer refunds within 21 days after delivery if you are not happy with the product or it’s damaged in transit. Refund does not apply to products that are customized or personalized to your specifications and needs unless there’s an error or mistake from us.

To make a refund, send us a message on our Etsy page with the order number and why you need a refund.
