I am not accepting any commissions, and I generally do not offer any custom/personalized orders. I only sell what is available in my shop, and I do not offer any digital downloads of my work.

That being said, if you are buying multiple items (for a gallery wall, etc.) and want the backgrounds to all match, this is something I can help you with! The only time I will not change backgrounds is when I am having a sale.

I am not accepting any partnerships or collaborations at this time, and I do not use my Etsy messages as correspondence for these sort of requests. Please only message me about items in my shop or orders you have already placed.

If you mark an item as a gift, I will wrap your order in tissue paper and include the message of your choice with the gift. Please sign your orders in the gift message box so the receiver knows who sent it!

8x10 and 11x14 inch prints:

The sizes I currently offer are 8x10 inch and 11x14 inch prints. The 8x10 inch prints are full-bleed prints without a border around them. The 11x14 inch prints comes with a white border surrounding the image, and the border has a deckled-edge (as seen in mock-ups).

5x7 inch prints:

I am also offering a few multipack sets of full-bleed 5x7 inch prints, but these prints won't be sold individually or in smaller packs. You are welcome to mix and match from the pre-existing 5x7 inch mini print packs, though! Just let me know which ones you would like.

I DO NOT sell bigger or smaller sizes than those listed above, and I do not give out digital copies of my work to be resized. Thank you for understanding!

If your address is unverified, and I don't hear an address update before shipping, I will send the package with the address originally given. If your address is invalid (no street number, no street name, etc.), I will cancel and refund your order after 24 hours if I do not hear back from you with a verified address. Please reach out if you have an issue with your address! :)

I am a small-scale printer, and I print everything myself from my studio space. I do not mass print items to be sold, which is why I cannot offer wholesale availability at this time.

PLEASE KEEP PRINTS OUT OF SUNLIGHT AND BEHIND GLASS. Additionally, keep in an a/c controlled environment to ensure longevity of prints. Canon ink is fade resistant, and the paper is archival, but some environments experience faster degradation than others! When not behind glass, store in cool, dark place.

Your prints generally come in a cellophane sleeve (to protect from moisture) in a recyclable rigid mailer envelope with a backerboard to prevent shipping damage. When removing your prints from their sleeves, please mind the adhesive tape strip on the cellophane sleeve so as not to damage your print. If you would prefer to have your print wrapped in a kraft brown paper sleeve, this eco-friendly option is available, just add a buyer's note!

I package your prints in such a way as to minimize damage by using cellophane sleeves to keep water out, and I place them in a rigid mailer with "do not bend" stickers and a backerboard for larger prints to encourage the USPS workers to handle your items with care, and I personally deliver your packages to the post office. However, if your print is ever delivered creased, bent, torn, or damaged by water, please reach out with a photo of the damaged print, and I will send you a replacement. Please note that pictures of the damaged packaging will not suffice. A picture of the actual damaged print is necessary to complete your replacement. Thank you for understanding!

I have three different types of paper I like to use. I use a cotton rag paper and linen texture paper for my prints and a smooth matte cardstock for my cards. Some of my prints look better on cotton rag, and some look better on linen texture; I print them according to my preference. However, if you ever prefer one paper over another, please leave me a buyer's note and I will try to accommodate if I have both paper types in stock. I additionally have an archival semi-gloss paper in stock that I only use upon request. All prints and cards are printed on archival, museum-grade paper.

Shipping Schedule:

I generally ship out packages via USPS Ground Advantage on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays of every week (and occasionally Saturdays). For orders over $100, I will ship via USPS Priority, but this does not cause a change in price as shipping is free. If two weeks have passed with no tracking updates on your order, please reach out, and I will resend!

Multiple Orders:

If you purchase more than one item but make different orders to do so, and all orders are being sent to the same address, I package the items together. If the orders are going to separate addresses (such as you are sending gifts to friends/family), then I do not combine the orders. Please let me know if you have any questions/concerns about this!
