HOW TO MEASURE ⛓ To provide accurate Measurements you will need to measure from piercing to piercing across your nose with a measuring tape, always measure from underneath your piercings, Bar to bar, if you do not have a measuring tape, the best way to measure is to use dental floss or string, hold it across the curve of your nose and mark under each piercing on the string, then lay the string flat and measure with a ruler. Please double/triples check so you can provide accurate measurements and we can get your chain made to the perfect size!

Average size for double or paired nostrils is 3.5-4.5 and high nostrils 2.5-3cm just so you know what to look for!

You will receive an aftercare message once your item has been dispatched. Please read through this as I want you to enjoy your item for as long as possible!

Most of my Jewellery is made from high grade stainless steel, however I recommend that you don’t wear your chain when bathing or showering, when exercising or in a sauna/steam room and to take it off before bed.

If the care instructions were not followed, I’m afraid you would NOT be eligible for a replacement.

I cannot accept returns on piercing jewellery. Worn jewellery cannot be re-sold for hygiene reasons and therefore cannot be refunded as it is no longer in new and sellable condition.

In the rare event that your item is damaged or not as described you would need to send your item back for a replacement and a replacement item would have to be sent to the same address. If you would like it sent to a new address, you will need to place a new order for a new product to be shipped somewhere else.
