Because each figurine is handmade to order from your photos, we generally cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started. Custom pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be resold. If you need to cancel, please reach out within 3 hours of placing your order. After that, materials may already be prepared or work may have begun—if cancellation is requested later, a 50% fee will apply to cover the materials and labor already invested.
