Custom and Personalized orders are non refundable and are final sale. If you have a problem with your order please contact us via Etsy mesaage.

If you receive a broken mug please send us a picture within 48 hours of the broken mug and we will happily replace it for you.

I put the wrong shipping address when checking out, can you change it?

If the item(s) have not been marked as shipped you can send us a message via Etsy message and we can make a note of the address change.

Send a message through “contact seller” on our page for the fastest response. Please do not email us through personal email.

My package has shipped but I put an old address, what can I do?

Unfortunately, once an item is marked shipped the postage for that location has been purchased already and is on its way to the post office. The best thing you can do is contact your post office or go to their website to see if a package intercept is possible. Take your tracking number located on your receipt and contact USPS immediately.

I checked my tracking and my package is being returned. Can you send it to the correct address?

If the address is not deliverable, the package will be returned to us and you can pay for new shipping to the correct location. Previous shipping costs will not be refunded. If you would not like the package resent we can refund the cost of your item and shipping will not be refunded. Once a package has shipped the postage has been paid for and we can not refund these costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Item(s)

If your tracking number states that your item was delivered, but you don't have it in hand, you will need to contact your postal office. I am not responsible for stolen, delayed, or lost items.

When will I receive my items?

Every item is made-to-order and it is guaranteed to be ready to ship in 3 business days via your selected method. Standard shipping takes another 2-5 days while Priority Mail upgrade takes 1-3 days.

Can you guarantee the item will arrive by xxx date?

I do guarantee to ship it out within 3 business days using your selected shipping option. However, I cannot guarantee USPS delivery, and they do not guarantee theirs. Please understand that I am not responsible for any delays caused by USPS. I will issue a full refund if the delay is my mistake.

What color is the v neck (women) with the jeans, white flowers and wood floor

The color in that is the heathered grey and not the blue. If you have any questions pertaining to the color of the shirts please send us a message and I will verify the color for you
