Q: Why isn't my tracking number working on the USPS website?

A: Since stickers are shipped as flat lettermail, they do not have a standard USPS tracking barcode. The tracking number provided is through Pitney Bowes and can only be tracked via Etsy. It is an automated estimate and is not manually scanned by postal carriers.

Q: My order says "Delivered," but it’s not here. What should I do?

A: Don't panic! Because this isn't "real-time" tracking, the system often marks letters as delivered when they arrive at the final sorting facility near your address. Most orders will show up in your mailbox within 24–48 hours of that notification.

Q: My tracking has been stuck in "Pre-Transit" forever. Is it lost?

A: Not necessarily. Because these envelopes are not scanned at the post office counter or upon delivery, the status often never updates. Most "Pre-Transit" orders arrive safely within our estimated delivery window.

Q: What if my order truly never arrives?

A: If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery date, please reach out! You can open a case with Etsy Purchase Protection. Etsy will issue you a full refund, and you can then place a replacement order if you'd like.
