I Create my designs in Silhouette. When you open your SVG file directly from the download on your computer, you will ONLY see a portion of the file. You will only be able to see the entire file once you have uploaded it your glowforge or other software that you use to design. Once uploaded to your Glowforge, you will need to ZOOM OUT to see the entire file. This is the same for all designers who use Silhouette. Your file is complete and has everything to complete your project.

THIS IS an SVG file, it does not include a PDF or Template to print on your home computer. This file DOES require a 3d Laser Printer or other cutting devices that can cut an SVG file. File has been tested on a Glowforge printer using 1/8 inch plywood, I have not tested the file on other machines or other materials.

If you are having a problem cutting your design, please reach out to us. Most issues do not come from the SVG file, but an issue with your laser. We have tested our files.
