When I order a custom or personalized product, can I see the product before you send it?

Do you accept color customization?

We manufacture our product from 1.5 mm high quality steel and using harmless electrostatic paint. We produce our products in black, white, gold and silver colors. . If you need a different size or colour, please feel free to contact us.

How long is the product preparation time? Which cargo companies do you work with? When will I receive my order?

We prepare your order for shipping within 1-3 business days after your purchase. We ship our orders worldwide via FedEx or DHL Cargo companies depending on the region. In this way, we want your order to reach you as soon as possible, wherever you are in the world. Generally, your package will reach you within 2-5 business days (except for very remote areas).

How can i track my order?

After your order is shipped, we will e-mail you the information about which cargo company we shipped it with and the tracking number. You can track your order on the official websites of FedEx or DHL Express shipping company.

What happens if my order came damaged?

We package our products carefully to ensure that they reach you without any problems, and we are very assertive about this.
