HOW TO USE:
Once downloaded, simply print, cut out the tags and fill in your information on the provided lines.

There are two ways you can fill in your information: handwritten or digital.

Handwritten Method:
You can handwrite your information once the tags are printed.

Digital Method:
If you have a PDF annotation app like GoodNotes, Notability or Adobe Acrobat, then you can use your Apple Pencil or stylus to write or type your information on the digital file. Next you will print and then cut out your tags.  

**PLEASE NOTE**
The design itself is not editable in a manner of changing the font, colors, move or resize the design elements on the cards.

NO physical items are included with this purchase - it’s a digital file only.

Rubber ducks and tag strings are also not included.   

Annotation apps are not provided.   

Color and details may vary based on your screen and your printed tag may look slightly different from what is pictured.  

We strongly recommend you choose the best printing quality setting when printing so you can have a more vibrant tag.

PRINTING YOUR TAGS:  
1. Always use the highest quality print setting.
 2. You can use regular printer paper (but we recommend laminating it if you do), or use cardstock.  
3. Hole punch to tie the tag with ribbon or string.

THE FILES: 
There are 3 files: Your Beach Duck Tags Etsy Download (PDF), File Instructions (PDF) and a Thank You Note (PNG).

  It is not possible to download files via Etsy App on your phone since it does not support digital downloads. You will need to use the internet browser on your phone to download from Etsy's website. If you are using your laptop or desktop computer to download then all you will need to do is save it once downloaded.   

HOW TO DOWNLOAD:  
After your purchase, your digital file should be available immediately if Etsy is not having any website issues at that point in time. You'll also receive an email to the account you used to register with Etsy.   The email will contain a link to your download. To open the PDF files, your device must have the capability to open and read PDFs.   Adobe Acrobat Reader is a very good program to use.

To access your digital files from your account:

Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.

Go to Purchases and reviews.

Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

All Canva Template and Editable PDF digital downloads include a file of instructions. Please download the instructions, read and follow them. They were created so you would have a smooth experience editing your templates. There is also no need to add text fields as they are already there for you to fill out.

When opening the Canva Template link from the PDF Template Link File, you may see two options: Edit in Design and Create New Design Template. Either option will still take you to the Canva Template, the only difference is the naming. Create New Design Template will just name your template as a Copy of the Canva project once in Canva.

Check if you are running the most up to date iOS software on your Mac computer.

Their Preview App (the iOS app that reads/edits PDFs) has run into some glitches recently, but it seems to have been fixed once updated to the Sonoma update.

One work around I've found is from the Preview app, select File - Print - Scroll all the way down where it says PDF - Click the drop down arrow and select Save As PDF.

Once saved, open the file and print.

No, you do not need to use Canva's printing service to print your cruise duck tags and you do not need to purchase their notebooks, etc (unless you want to.)

Simply click the Share button when you have completed your tag info, export it as a PDF and it will save to your computer. Next, open your exported Canva PDF and hit print.

Always use the built-in Rear Facing camera on your phone. If you are an iPhone user, the Portrait Mode and Front Facing camera will not scan the QR code.

Be sure you are in a well lit area and your camera is focusing directly on the entire QR code.

Make sure you calibrate your printer so the code does not smear or have distorted pixels in the printing process.
