All US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on weight. You will receive your tracking number with your shipment notification email.

*FORWARDED PACKAGES*
Any packages that are deemed "non-deliverable" by USPS will be returned to our forwarding company which charges a $7 fee for return processing - payment of this fee is the customer's responsibility. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of "non-deliverable" packages.

If your order must arrive to you by a certain date, whether it be for a special event or a gift, please get in touch with us to ask our current processing time. We will do our best to accommodate but we cannot guarantee the arrival of an order by a certain date. All stated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees so we recommend you make sure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive by the date you need it.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Your item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning your item for authorization. A full refund is not guaranteed if a return is made without authorization.

Original shipping costs will be deducted from each refund to cover the amount we originally paid to ship the package.

Certain items are NOT eligible for return/exchange. Please contact us to confirm.

INCORRECT ADDRESS/RETURNED PACKAGE FEE
Contact us for information if your package has been returned to the sender due to providing an incorrect address. Please be aware there are processing fees for packages returned to the sender.

Please note that while we do accept exchanges, all shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer to return the item. You will be expected to cover these costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

1. The item is returned to us and your order minus the shipping will be refunded.
2. You will have to purchase the item you are looking to receive and add a note in the box that it is the exchange item with your old order number.
3. If a shipping fee was charged that will be waived.

If the package was delivered but unable to find it, please check in with another member of the household/neighbor, or your local post office.

If there isn't a solution the next step is to open a claim with the shipping carrier as soon as possible even though you didn't have your package insured.

Replacement or Refund
Etsy doesn’t hold sellers responsible for items that are lost in mail.

We don't provide return labels for returns.
