What is your processing time?

On average, we need 3-4 days to create a design, get your approval, produce an item, and ship it.

How long will the delivery take? Will I get my order in time?

Standard shipping takes around 3-4 weeks. Express shipping is available and takes around 8-12 business days. Please, note that the time frame is approximate and depends on many factors.

Can I customize the design? Can you use my logo?

Your individual logo can be engraved (printed) for an extra charge depending on the difficulty of the design.

Will you send me proof before production?

Yes, we send a digital preview for most of our items (signs, guest books, coasters, card boxes, etc.) before producing them. You will be able to see a graphical image of your order, check if the personalization is correct, and request edits if necessary.

Can you rush my order?

Send us a message and we will rush it if it is possible.

Can you make the same design as I have seen in another shop?

No, it is against our principles, we do not copy other shops' designs.

Does the card box arrive assembled?

For safe transportation, we ship the card box unassembled. We add a step-by-step instruction to every card box so you can easily put it together.

Will my cards and envelopes fit in the card box?

Before purchasing our card box, please, check all the measurements of your preferred shape and size. We ship our products worldwide and from our experience, we can tell that the standards for cards or envelopes are different in every country. We can’t predict which ones exactly you will be getting at your event, so please, the measurement carefully to see if it fits you.

How can I send you an image if my chosen design includes a photo?

Please, attach your photo in the messages. Also, please, note, that the requirements for photos are the following: JPEG, TIFF, PSD, PDF, or EPS format, extension for raster images should be 150 - 300 dpi.

Our guest book alternatives are made just for that. Every item is carefully handcrafted from premium quality Baltic birch. We use laser cutting and printing to make and personalize it.

This item is available in 3 beautiful colors: grey, umber, chestnut (see photo 4 for details). These colors are with wooden structures visible.
