I ordered a custom Christmas ornament on November 24th, with an expected delivery date of Dec 8th. I attempted to contact the seller twice, once on the 29th (as the item was to be based on an image I assumed I needed to send to the seller) and once on December 4th, to check in on my first message. Neither message was replied to. This shop has reviews that consistently mention quality customer service, however, that was not my experience. This item was meant to be a gift for my parents, and I am disappointed to not receive it.

I’m so sorry for your experience, as I aim to provide the best customer service I can! Though this order has been fully refunded, I'd like to explain further. The delay came from listings having the wrong processing timeframe and some personal events. Customs do take time, and I apologize that your messages were missed. I should have been more communicative. To correct this, I have adjusted my processing times so that this does not happen again. Furthermore, I did not have the crucial request for a photo in the listing, so I have fixed that! I am heartbroken about this disappointment, and it has shown me a path for growth. This will not happen again. If you are a new customer, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! This is not my norm, and I always wish to make it right!
