All items are unisex and true to size, with some available up to 5XL. Check each listing for size, color, and care details. No refunds or exchanges for incorrect size purchases—please review size and color charts for the best fit. For an oversized look, size up. For a "t-shirt dress" style, size up by 2 sizes, also applies to hoodies and sweatshirts. While we strive for precise color representation, lighting conditions on your device settings may result in slight color variations. We recommend reviewing the color charts carefully as we are unable to offer refunds for any color discrepancies.

Once an order has been placed, note that no cancellations & address changes can be made. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate BEFORE purchasing. We do not refund for shipping delays. Our orders are promptly made, its not possible to cancel or modify any information once the order has been submitted. All items are made to order, therefore we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for incorrect size purchases. Please make sure to review our listing size charts for accurate optimum fitting. However, we will replace an item if your shirt is damaged in transit. In such a case we will require photo proof of the damaged item/s you received. ♡

Processing & Shipping Info

NOTE!!! We ship from multiple warehouses, and if a size or color is unavailable at one location, we may source it from another, which can extend processing time. Orders are NOT guaranteed to ship from our Texas location!!! Processing time is generally 3–7 business days (Mon–Fri) before shipping. Hats usually ship in 1–3 days. During holidays, processing may take up to 10 business days. We do not offer expedited shipping, guaranteed delivery dates, or refunds for delays or incorrect addresses. Once marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost items,please contact USPS or open a case with Etsy. Tracking will be updated once processed, but please allow time for USPS updates. Multiple items may ship separately. ♡

Are you able to edit, customize, or personalize one of your designs? Do you sell DTG/SVG transfers?

Currently, we are unable to accommodate requests for alterations, edits, personalization, or customization of our completed designs. Unless the listing explicitly indicates "custom or customization" (we will offer a selection of pre-designed options for you to choose from, but they cannot be modified), this service is not available. We do NOT offer any type of transfers, DTG, SVG's, for any of our designs.

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom gift messages?

Gift Messages? Yes! We can include your gift message! Gift message supports up to 150 characters, so make sure that your message is 150 characters max so we can fit it on the insert to include in your package. Gift Wrapping? At this time we do not offer gift wrapping services. Once your order is placed we immediately sent it to our warehouse for processing and shipping.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

We are a retail-only shop and do not offer wholesale or B2B sales. However, we may provide a discounted rate for orders of 20+ shirts or more (minimum to qualify). To qualify, please reach out to us directly to discuss.
