How long do standard orders take to ship?

Standard (or regular) orders refer to items that are already in my catalog. These orders have a 3-week processing time or will ship according to the Receive By Date chosen during check out. Orders are delivered between Thursday and Saturday prior to your selected Receive By Date (Sunday).

How long do custom orders take to ship?

Custom orders refer to items that are NOT already in my catalog, requiring a completely new design. These orders have a 6-week processing time or will ship according to the Receive By Date chosen during check out. Custom orders require a conversation PRIOR to an order being placed.

Can I add two names to the name banner on cake toppers?

Yes, you can. However, some name banners are smaller in size and this may affect how visible both names are. If the name banner requires resizing, your order will be considered a custom order and will extend the processing time for your order to ship. I will always send a mock up to show you how two names added will look like. Please take into consideration that longer names will be smaller to the eye.

The Receive By Date I need my order by is not available. Can I still place an order?

If the Receive By Date you need is not available, its likely because I am sold out for that date. Sometimes I am able to accommodate a client but this varies from case to case. Please keep in mind all orders are handmade and made specifically for you! When I am overbooked and not enough time to complete my workload, there is a chance I will not be able to ship your order on time. Please send me a message and we can gladly discuss.
