What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged in shipment, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and we will work toward a resolution. If you receive an incorrectly printed item or the wrong product entirely, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, we will replace or refund at no cost to you.

Do you send photos/mockups before you ship the product?

Due to high order volumes, we are unable to send a photo/mockup before the production and shipment of the item. We will offer a photo/mockup of your product upon request.

Do you offer expedited/rush shipping?

We do not offer rush shipping at this time. Production and estimated shipping timelines are listed in the Description section of each product page, we encourage you to review these before ordering, especially around holidays.

If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. If an item goes on sale after your purchase, we are not able to refund the difference to previous orders.

My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received my package. What do I do?

Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. Please wait 48 hours, it almost always shows up. If it hasn't arrived after 48 hours, contact the carrier directly to open a trace, then reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

My order didn't arrive on time. Can I return it?

Shipping carriers can experience delays, especially during holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, even when tracking shows an estimated delivery date. We are unable to refund or cancel orders due to carrier delays.

I love one of your designs but want it on a different product in your shop. Can you help?

If you see a design you love and would like it on a different product in our shop, please reach out to us via Etsy messenger and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Digital Files: Can I use the digital seamless patterns and clipart files I purchase for commercial purposes/on products I sell?

ALLOWED: Personal & small business commercial use; sell unlimited finished physical products (apparel, phone cases, home decor, stationery, fabric, etc). Use POD hosts (Printify, Printful, Gelato) for your own shop. Upload privately to Spoonflower for your own products only. NOT ALLOWED: Corporate/large-scale manufacturing (contact us for licensing). Uploading to royalty-based platforms (public Spoonflower, Amazon Merch, RedBubble, Creative Market, Fine Art America, Zazzle, etc). Reselling, sub-licensing, altering, sharing, or claiming this file as your own.

Digital Files: Are refunds available on digital files?

Because this is an instant digital download, no refunds are offered once the file has been accessed — there's no way to "return" a digital file. Please review the photos, format, and sizing details carefully before purchasing. If you experience issues with your file, please reach out to us via Etsy messenger so we can work to make it right.

Digital Files: How do I download my digital file(s)?

The order must clear the Etsy payment processing first (this can take up to 15 minutes but is usually within 2-5 minutes). Log into your Etsy account, click "Your Account", click "Purchases", find your item and click "Download". The file(s) will be saved on your device in the "Downloads" folder. IMPORTANT: Digital files cannot be downloaded from the Etsy App, they can only be downloaded from a web browser. NOTE: If you are purchasing a 'bundle' or large file(s), you will be provided a PDF document which will contain a link. This is a link to the Google Drive that contains your files for download.
