Do you offer expedited processing and shipping?

Unfortunately I don't have a way to speed up the processing or the shipping. Etsy does not offer an express shipping integration with my printing partner so I cannot speed up or guarantee a delivery date. A bit frustrating I know but the products are made specifically for each customers when ordered, and then shipped via first class USPS.

Gift wrapping and packaging

At this time I am unable to offer gift messages to your order, Anything you type in the gift message section will not be sent to your recipient, I recommend sending a card separately so your friend will know the gift came from you.

Custom and personalized orders

I can offer customization on certain designs. Please reach out for questions if the listing isn't specifically set up for personalization but you would like to add something to the design and we can discuss if this request is feasible.

All items are UNISEX - so true to size for most men and a bit roomier for most women. Each listing should have a sizing chart included in the pictures. Please reach out if I forgot to add one to the listing. Best advice is to use the size chart and measure out a shirt you already own that fits you well to compare the sizing.

What type of printing do you use?

Direct-To-Garment printing! This process puts the ink right into the shirt unlike vinyl where the print is on top of the shirt. This type of printing should not crack or fade.

Do you accept returns?

I always accept returns if you have any issues at all with the garment or the print. Please send me a photo right away and I will be happy to either send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Only part of your order arrived-

I use different print companies for different items so sometimes you may receive a partial order. Etsy only updates with the first tracking number. Don't panic, it is likely your remaining order is on the way but please don't hesitate to reach out for questions regarding your order status.

My tracking was marked as "delivered" but I still haven't received my package?

What to know/do: • USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another 1-3 business days because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day or shortly thereafter. • Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information. • If the parcel does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim

Items are individually made with love for each buyer. Processing time is 2-7 business days (usually faster) plus shipping time. Shipping to US based destinations takes 1-2 weeks and to Canada based destinations takes 2-3 weeks. The actual shipping process is out of my hands though I try as best as I can to expedite and follow up on orders for customers.

When your item is shipped you will receive an email from Etsy with a tracking number.

C A R E • I N S T R U C T I O N S

Machine wash at a low heat. Wash garments inside-out, with similar colors. Avoid using bleach. Use non-chlorine bleach if necessary. Do not use fabric softeners. Tumble dry on a low cycle. Hang-dry for longer life. Cool iron inside-out. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean.

Comfortable material and lightweight which is perfect to wear to work. A little oversized so go with your regular size and it’ll be the perfect amount of bug/baggy and not snug.
