What if I provided wrong address, can it be changed?

If client provides wrong shipping address and realize that before item is shipped, we are able to update client information and ship item to correct address. Once item is shipped address can not be updated and item will be delivered to previously provided address. Please note that client is responsible of all details provided by himself in Etsy platform. If item will be returned to us because of address inaccuracy, or if client will not accept it from the currier, refund will not be issued.

Custom and personalized orders

We accept custom orders request for garments and face/sleeping masks. We also encourage clients to contact us and always check garment measures with us so we could make amendments to the base sizes and ensure that garment will fit client perfectly. If client does not provide his/her body measures, we will proceed with the original base size measures for the requested model.

We will start production of your item right after we will get all information from you regarding size or other details, if item is personalized. We work in made-to-order policy so there is no stock available. All clothes are made special for you from your chosen color and size. Production time varies, but usually for clothes we need 1-2 weeks of production and for jewelry 1-3 days. We will do our best to make your item fast by keeping high quality of the piece.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All our items are gift wrapped and are ready for keeping or giving. If you want a special note to be included in a package please leave us a request in a note box when ordering.

What if I was to late to collect my order from post office and it was send back to you?

If after being informed that your order is already in your local post office and you can go to collect your parcel, you do not proceed on time and post office sends your order back to us, we will issue a refund without shipping cost. According to each destination shipping cost varies. Please note that you are responsible for collecting your items once they reach the destination.
