The buyer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged, stolen and/or lost shipments. I cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address. ‣ If you live in a cold area of the country and you need a heat pack shipped with your plant they can be ordered separately in our store for $2.98 (72 hours) which covers Priority Mail time 2-3 days. ‣ The buyer is responsible to be aware of their temperatures during shipping. If the temps are below 45 we recommend a heat pack as packages can sit in cold warehouses of the shipping carrier which is out of our control. ‣ Again we can not be held responsible to cold damage of your plant as we do not have any control over the care of the box once it leaves our hands.
