Wrong Address, Missing Package, Damaged Order, Etc.

We are not responsible for shipping issues due to the incorrect address being entered at the time of checkout. If you need to have an order re-shipped due to the wrong address, you will be charged a reshipment fee. If you choose not have it reshipped, you will not receive a refund on your order. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages after a delivery is marked as delivered by the carrier. Package theft is on the rise, so please make sure you use an address where you do not feel your package will be stolen (ie. office, protected location, etc.). If your order is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send pictures that show the damage, and we will arrange for a reshipment or refund.

Gift Messages and Gift Wrapping

At this time we are not able to send gift messages with orders or gift wrap orders.

While we are based in Bend, Oregon, we do work with several print production locations around the US. This allows us to put our graphic designs on different products while keeping overhead and product costs low. All stickers ship from Bend.
