Sizes are usually within 0.5" of the the advertised size. Other sizes are available, please send me a message if you have any questions or for pricing details.

Each listing has a custom processing time, this is the time it takes to make your product. Sometimes it may be completed earlier, If it is not ready to ship by the week you were given, I will send you a message.

Shipping times vary, and are 100% out of Sasquatch Country Creations control. Sometimes there are postal delays, and some things take long to arrive than expected. Your orders should have tracking numbers, please follow those for any updates.

The only exceptions are decal orders, they are shipped via lettermail to keep costs low. Times also vary, please allow up to 4 weeks for international delivery, and 2 weeks for any Canadian decal orders, there is no tracking. If you want a parcel quote for a decal, send me a message.

Unless otherwise specified, signs are indoor use only. Wipe off dust or dirt gently, as to not harm the paint on the sign. Do not spray cleaner directly on the sign.

Sasquatch Country Creations is not liable to replace damaged signs due to improper care.

Decals will be sent with application instructions.

Sometimes this happens, and that is out of everyone's control. If you receive any damaged items from us please let us know as soon as you receive it so we can take proper steps in repairing or replacing your item. Products are shipped with insurance to cover any damages that may occur during shipment.

It is very important you let us know as soon as you receive your item so I can figure out how to fix your order in a timely matter.

If you damage your sign while adding hardware or cleaning however, we are not liable to fix your sign, but please, send us a message and we can try to give tips or help you out to the best of our ability.

Signs will be shipped without hanging hardware (it will not be attached) Unless otherwise specified in the listing. Please take care to properly hang your sign and apply your hardware. An improperly hung sign may fall causing damages to your sign, house, floor and/or body.

Please hang your sign on a secure screw or a hook. The bigger your sign the heavier it may be. If you are not using a screw that is screwed into a stud in your wall, please use a drywall anchor.
