For every order, we always try our best to pack with care and ship them out as fast as we can. However, we are not responsible for any damages due to shipping time and handling of packages or damages that resulted from the negligence of USPS or the buyers. Mails that are delayed or lost per USPS' fault will not be refunded by us. In rare cases where we are at fault, we're gladly resend the plant but extra items such as upgraded shipping and heat packs will be paid by the BUYERS.

Due to the number of orders and requests, we can not send pictures of the plants for you to choose or before shipping but we'll always pick out the best ones we have.
We do try to present our plants as best as we can through our pictures, but we can not guarantee the ones you receive are the exact ones.

If temperature where you are is below 50F, we'd recommend getting heat packs to protect your plants. Additionally, due to the extended time in transit and the stress it can have on the plants, we'd recommend getting an upgraded shipping ($5) to USPS priority if you're within the zip codes of 00000s-78800s, 83800s, 98000s-99300s, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. In rare cases, if the plant you receive is severely damaged or dead upon arrival due to packing issues, please message us with pictures within 24 hours of receiving and we'll do our best to remedy the problem.

Plant arrived in wonderful condition and is absolutely beautiful. The seller thoughtfully wrapped the soil in a moist paper towel for which I am so grateful. The soil stayed moist and the plant did not suffer from dehydration and transport shock during the hot month of August.
