We offer a 6 month warranty on all of our gold and diamond jewelry. If anything comes up - were always here to help you.

We can't be responsible for damage done to your jewelry by another jeweler. If you have a jeweler work on the jewelry in any way, example: ring sizing, your warranty is void.

There is no warranty for breakage/damage/loss for diamonds, gemstones or lab created stones. If you want your center stone or jewelry covered against theft, loss, damage, or more - You can insure your jewelry through your home owner's Insurance.

Our warranty applies only to the original buyer, and does not include shipping services.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Shipping fee is not returnable 35$-75$ depending on item value and type of delivery was used

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days after receiving the item. We will give you the return address and will refund the amount minus shipping once we receive the piece back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We will not cover any potential custom & handling fees charged on packages sent to us not according to our shipping instructions.
