Custom and personalized orders

💕 Custom printed items include my art printed clothing, mugs, scarfs, aprons, clocks, tote bags, shower curtains, duvet covers, pillows and pillowcases and shams. They are all custom made to order by my production partners. These are not refundable unless there is a defect in their printing or manufacturing, or they arrive broken. In that case, please contact me as soon as possible once you received the order with a few photos and a description of the problem, and the item may be returned for an exchange or a refund, depending on your preference. The replacement or refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. The return shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility.

Why do the colors look different on my screen than on the print?

💕 Every monitor is different, so the colors that you see in the photo on your screen may vary a little from the actual product. So far, I usually have been hearing from customers that the product looks so much more beautiful in person. I hope you think so too! If you have any questions about the color of a duvet cover or pillow sham, I may be able to order a material swatch for you, ask me.

💕 Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. All clothing items are printed and made to order for you, I cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to the measurement charts, please ask me if you have any questions In the rare occurrence that you get an item in a size that you didn't order, please let me know and an exchange or return will be accepted.

💕 For international orders, I am not responsible for any duties or customs fees. They are the sole responsibility of the buyer. You should contact your local customs office for information as customs policies are different for each country. International Shipping usually takes 10-30 days to be delivered. However, delays can occur in transit, so it's possible that your order may take up to 5 weeks to be delivered. These ship times are only estimates and not guaranteed.
