In all cases, the products must be returned in their original condition, packaging included with their label, in perfect condition for resale. They must therefore not have been worn, washed or damaged. All goods will be inspected upon receipt.

Personalized products: personalized products will not be taken back or exchanged.

The colors of the shoes in the photos posted on the website may differ slightly from the actual colors (the light in the photo may modify the actual color, especially in the case of suede shoes). Please also remember that the shoes are made of natural leather, the color of which may be different for each purchase series.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to return it. Only unused and undamaged products in the condition in which they were received can be returned.

Returns within the European Union can be made via any carrier. We advise that all returns be made via reliable carriers with the possibility of tracking the shipment.
In the case of countries outside the European Union, the refund is made only through the carrier that delivered the parcel, i.e. the national post office. This guarantees delivery of the shipment without additional tax and customs costs.

Our shoes are handmade to order. We need 7-10 business days to complete each order.

We make every effort to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time. However, we have no influence on random events and possible courier delays. We also have no influence on delays caused by customs procedures.
