A cult classic movie on so many levels, The Crow was a sleeper hit in the box office and gained a cult following over the years. The basic premise, a musician Eric Draven and his fiancé, are murdered on the eve of their Halloween wedding. One year after their deaths, Eric is risen from the grave by a mysterious crow to seek out his killers and force them to answer for their crimes – creepy thriller vibes throughout. Infamously this movie is known for dark reasons too, The Crow starred Brandon Lee, the son of legendary Bruce Lee. Tragically Brandon Lee was fatally wounded by a prop gun during filming and died from his wounds, strangely just weeks from his own wedding. As Lee had finished most of his scenes before his death, the film was completed through script rewrites, a stunt double, and digital effects.
