Dear customers, we would like to emphasize that the warnings and descriptions of Nativity figurines are very important. When choosing Nativity figurines, please measure the largest figurine you have at home. Example: If the size of St. Joseph size 9 cm, it is necessary to order the size 9 cm, this also applies when choosing animals, shepherds or other nativity figures. If you order St. Joseph in the size of 9 cm, we will deliver the product to you in this size as well, but if you order the size of 9 cm, the animals or children's figures will actually be 4-5 cm, due to the real depiction of the Nativity scene. If you are choosing Nativity figurines, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you with your selection.

MATERIAL: All wood carvings up to size 24“ (60cm) are by default carved from selected Mountain Maple Wood, statues of size 24“ (60cm) or larger are carved in Linden wood, sacrum lingum, i.e. sacred wood; unless specified otherwise. Rest of the products have the type of the wood listed in the product description COLOUR: Due to a nature of our work and materials used the shades of colours may slightly wary from the published images.

Please kindly bear in mind that our products are all hand made and so take considerable effort and time to make by our colleagues. The work on painting the figurines and statues only start once we receive the order. We are happy to refund or replace your order if the products doesn't meet your expectations but please consider the time we spend on working on your order. If for whatever reason you would like to cancel the order or return the product please let us know as soon as you possibly can but no later than 14 days from receiving the order. Once we dispatch your order unfortunately we have no means of stopping the order on the way to you so we need to wait until you receive the package and then send it back.

All our orders are dispatched with tracked service, however to some countries fully tracked service is not available. In these countries the packages are only tracked to the point when they leave Slovakia and then when they are delivered. Our production lead time is 1-4 weeks depending on item and size.We do our best to dispatch your orders in the stated times (3-5 working days) and we do our upmost to dispatch as soon as we possibly can. NATIVITY FIGURINES - Listed size is a size of standing Nativity figurines. The real size of animals and child figurines is in proportion to standing Nativity figurines (ie. 9cm Sheep – means it is suitable for Nativity with standing figurines 9cm tall and so it will be smaller that the standing figurine, aprox 3-4cm tall) NATIVITY STABLES - listed size is a size indicating suitability for a certain size of standing figurines, i.e. stable 13cm mean it is suitable for nativity set with standing figurines 13cm high.
