No more worries about warm and unappetizing pet food on hot days - with the food bowl in combination with the cooling pad, your furry friend's food stays fresh and tasty for longer!

Our cooling pad is the perfect complement to the Surefeed automatic feeder. Simply placed under the food bowl, it ensures that the food retains its optimal freshness even as temperatures rise. Please note that this only works with our specially designed bowls.

The choice is yours:
- only the food bowl without the cooling pad
- the food bowl with 2 cooling pads (+2CP)

If you need more cooling pads, you can find them separately in our shop.

The feeding tray fits all SureFeed® automatic feeders (except Connect).
Dishwasher safe up to 65 degrees Celsius / 150 degrees Fahrenheit.
The feeding bowl is 3D printed to order in the desired color.

Important instructions:
Please note that our products are NOT dishwasher safe unless specifically marked as such!
A 3D printed part is not a cast part and therefore has grooves resulting from the printing process. However, this does not pose a problem with proper handling and cleaning.
The automatic feeder and animals shown in the product images are not included in this offer. We only sell accessories for the automatic feeders!

Shop guidelines

Returns and exchanges:
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of used food bowls. This policy is for the protection and health of our animals. By purchasing these items, you agree that the sale is final. Please read the full description carefully to ensure you find the right item for your needs. The buyer is fully responsible for ensuring the item is suitable before purchase.
Personalized items are generally excluded from return and exchange (unless they are defective goods).

Defective goods:
If an item does not match the description or you received the wrong style, color, or size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can resolve the issue. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. You will be asked to return the product for inspection so we can issue a replacement or refund.

Lost or damaged packages:
Please wait 10 business days after the shipping date before contacting us if you have not received your item. All packages are shipped via DHL Germany or Deutsche Post. Tracking is available for all our shipments.

Returned mail:
I do not offer refunds if a package is returned for the following reasons:
- The address you provided was incorrect.
- The package was not claimed when the post office attempted to deliver it.
- The package was not picked up at the collection point.

Shipment:
All orders will be sent to the shipping address provided in your Etsy order. Please verify this address for accuracy before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct before completing the purchase.
