How do I care for vintage items?

Please treat vintage and antique items with care. Hand washing is recommended for all china, glass and linens

How will my parcel be packaged?

As much as possible packaging will be reused and recycled for environmental reasons. Items will be carefully packaged to avoid accidents. Gift wrapping service available. Please message me your requirements

Do you accept returns?

I do accept returns, within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed when the item arrives back in original saleable condition. Postage costs will not be refunded, unless there is a problem with the item.

Do you offer combined postage?

I can combine postage for multiple purchases. Please message me to arrange as Etsy checkout does not automatically calculate it. Any excess postage paid will always be refunded

Are your items genuine vintage?

Yes they are. I sell a vast range of eras from antique to 2000s. Vintage is anything over 20 years old and antique over 100 years old. Age will be stated in each individual listing.

How do I know the condition of the item?

Vintage items have been around a while and antiques even longer, so they may have some age related wear, marks and patina. All part of their history and charm, I think. Any will be described in the individual item listing and photos provided.

How and when will my items be posted?

I post out on a Monday and Friday. I will always post the most economical way for you. I use evri and Royal Mail for smaller items up to 2kg, evri for larger items up to 15kg and Parcelforce for oversized items. Depending on the value of the item they will be sent Standard or Tracked/Signed. If you wish to upgrade further please just let me know. Express options are available to select at checkout

Do you post internationally?

Yes I do. But as of Dec 14th 2024 I am no longer able to ship many items, unless antique or listed for sale prior to this date, to any EU country or Northern Ireland due to insurmountable problems with the new GPSR regulations. Any import or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.
