No complaints about the product itself or the delivery. I was a little disappointed with customer service because I ordered the flower beads without realizing there was a French version, which I only saw after receiving the German-language packets. No one responded when I asked for instructions in French that I could print myself and include with the packets so the children would understand what they were.
