* Any customs or postal fees and taxes. * Tracking packages on postal sites and the lack of updated information about their location. * Any seasonal or unexpected delays in the customs or postal service. * Delivery quality if your package was damaged or lost by customs or the postal service. * If the parcel was unclaimed and after the expiration of the storage period at the post office is returned back to the store. * If the buyer mistakenly chose the wrong style, size, color, or number of items. * If the buyer did not check the processing and shipment time of the order before purchasing and the goods did not arrive at the right time. * If the estimated delivery time that Etsy calculates does not match the actual one.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

* For the delivery of your purchase, I use the air delivery of the Postal Service of Ukraine. We will carefully pack the product, ship it, and immediately provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package on postal websites. * Please check the processing and shipping times before purchasing. They are different for each listing. We usually try to ship the goods before these deadlines. * In the rules of the store, I indicated the estimated delivery time. These times may increase due to seasonal, holiday and unforeseen delays in the postal service and customs, and we have no influence on this. * If you need the product as soon as possible and you live in the USA, we can offer express shipping services.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

* We will cancel the order if you bought the product by mistake and reported it before the package was shipped. * If the parcel has been shipped, but you decide to cancel the order, then a refund is possible when the parcel arrives at your post office or home. You need to refuse it and not pick it up in order for the postal service to return the goods back to our store. We will see the package status change to "Returned to Sender" and issue a refund immediately. * If you want to refuse the product that you received, please let us know and ship the product in the original packaging to our address within 14 days. Let us know the tracking number and we will make a refund. Sorry, in the last two cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.

* If you find defects in the product due to the fault of the manufacturer, then contact me and show detailed photos as evidence. Ship the item to our address in the original packaging and provide us with the tracking number. I will replace this product with a good one. * The product is not replaced if it is damaged or lost during use due to the fault of the buyer.
