All of my chocolate is made from scratch. This means that I start with roasting the raw cacao beans and go through the whole chocolate making process to create whimsical and fun chocolate bars and bon bons.
75% Single Origin Chocolate with cocoa from the Ecuador - made not with cane sugar but with Monk Fruit Sweetener. The used sweetener is a mix of allulose and monk fruit and doesn't contain erythritol.
Monk Fruit Sweetener is a zero calorie sugar, that sweetens but doesn't have the typical after taste of many other sweeteners.
Ingredients:
cacao*, monk fruit sweetener with allulose, cacao butter*, colored cocoa butter
May contain traces of tree nuts, gluten and peanuts.
Size: 1oz (27g), about 2x4 in
Shelf life: over 1 year
The color is coming from colored cocoa butter. Some of the colors I’m using are artificial.
