All our items are made to order. We care about not producing unnecessary waste, as we want to help the planet:
- We aim to create your order within 1-4 days.
- If you need your item as a priority, please message us, and we will do our best to fulfil your request.
- Once your order has been fulfiled, we aim to dispatch your item the next working day, sometimes it might be the same day (dependent on drop-offs).
- We will drop you a message to update you on our process and dispatch.
-If you wish to see a photo of your item before dispatch, drop us a message.

Please note that if there are any postal strikes within the UK, there may be delays, and we will try our best to ensure your items get to you as quickly as possible.

We have a range of items with can be personalised.
- If you wish to have a photo of your personalised item before dispatch, drop us a message when you place your order.

If there is an item which you would like a little bit different, e.g. colour drop us a message.

We love the planet, which is why we only use environmentally friendly recycled packaging where we can. All packing is reusable, recyclable or compostable.

Putting aside the love we have for the planet, we love to ensure that you get your order safely. We will carefully wrap and protect everything to make sure it gets to you just as we made it.

If you receive your order broken/damaged, take a photo and send us a message as soon as you can. We will then investigate this with the courier. During that time, we will offer a replacement item or a full refund.

Please note, as part of our company policy, we try to recycle as many delivery boxes as possible to reduce waste.

Acrylic Plant Tags
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth
- Suitable for indoors and outdoors

Earrings
- Please avoid getting wet

If you wish to return your item, please send us a message. We only accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. Our returns policy:

- Please ensure your item(s) are in resellable condition.
- Return within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Jewellery items like earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- We are unable to accept any returns of customised/personalised items.
- We are unable to accept any used item returns.
- You will need to cover the cost of shipping your item(s) to use.
- Please note we are not responsible if your item has been lost in transit when returning your item(s).

Here at The Bearded Botanists the service we use depends entirely on the value of the order, and location.

For UK orders, we use Royal Mail 2nd Class as our standard option. We do have other delivery upgrade options available.

For all orders outside of the UK, we will only use Royal Mail International - these details will be added to your order completion email.

We currently use Royal Mail to dispatch all orders as they have been the most reliable.
For UK Orders, parcels are sent using 2nd class postage, with the option to upgrade.
For international orders: Parcels are sent standard with the option to upgrade.

All purchases are fully tracked and insured. In the first instance of a suspected lost order, please let us know immediately. As soon as your postage label is generated, you will receive an automatic "dispatch notification" from Etsy with an estimated delivery date; however, this is only an estimate which is beyond our control.

The Bearded Botanists are not responsible for late orders; it is at the customers dicretion as to whether they purchased the order in good time and refunds will not be provided for this.

As part of our refund policy, you will need to provide your full delivery address; The Bearded Botanists are not responsible if this has been entered incorrectly at checkout.

An item is only classed as lost after 14 working days.

Tracking will be checked to identify if the item has been delivered. If this is the case, please check with neighbours or household members.

The Bearded Botanists are unable to refund items marked as delivered as no other verification can be checked for delivery beyond what our courier provides.

If, after checking tracking and confirmation of address, we will open a case with the courier to undertake an internal investigation. A refund will only be provided if they confirm the item is lost.
