I do my best to package my merchandise safely! Smaller prints and bookmarks are packaged in plastic sleeves, placed against a backing board, and shipped in a rigid mailer. Larger prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes. Other small items are shipped in bubble mailers.

Tracking is included with ALL domestic orders, and you will receiving your tracking number once your order ships!

Your order may take up to 5 business days to ship -- I am a currently working full time in addition to running this shop which makes my schedule a bit hectic :) Thank you for your understanding.

I use USPS First Class International for orders going outside of the U.S. We will provide a tracking number whenever possible. Depending on your location, it may take anywhere between 1 - 4 weeks for your order to arrive after it is shipped.

If you are an international customer, please note that you are responsible for all taxes and related fees. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. All sales are final! However, I do accept returns and exchanges in specific cases:

- the wrong product being shipped to you

- damage or defects to the product

If that happens, please send me a photo of the product you received at joy [!at] jojostory.net within 48 hours of you receiving the product, and I will process a return or a replacement for you!
