WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN STRETCHED vs UNSTRETCHED vs FRAMED

♦ Unstretched: Your canvas painting is shipped rolled in a strong mailing tube, it is not ready to hang and you will need to have it stretched at your local frame shop. ♦Stretched: Your canvas painting will arrive to you stretched on a wooden frame, back-wired and ready to hang on your wall. ♦Framed: When you purchase a stretched ready to hang painting from my shop you have the option to add a beautiful floater frame. I will frame your painting and back-wire it for you.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING PROCESS?

♦Paintings ship via Fedex ground insured with tracking, signature required is added for extra protection on paintings insured for over $499. ♦Please be sure to leave your phone number for your shipping label under note to seller when checking out. ♦INTERNATIONAL & ALL OVERSEAS SHIPPING• I am happy to ship international, please contact me for price quotes and shipping options to you. ♦Buyers are responsible for Duties, Taxes & Brokerage fees in their country, please understand I have no knowledge or control over those fees .

Please know that on your custom painting we will do everything in our power to work on it till you love it! ♦ READY TO SHIP ART - We offer a 3 day money back guarantee or you can choose store credit, please contact me within three days of receiving your painting for return instructions. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped back fully insured with a tracking. Paintings must be returned in the same condition it arrived to you in. ♦To avoid a return that can unfortunately cost you over $200 in shipping loss, please always feel free to ask us for additional photos, we am always happy to help.

Custom and personalized orders

We are proud to say in over 20 collective years of shipping thousands of paintings worldwide, we have only had 1 painting damaged in shipping. Our art is packed professionally & very strong! Understandably, life happens, if you receive a damaged painting you must save the damaged box so we can file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box and painting to start their investigation. ♦IMPORTANT: When you receive your painting, if the box looks crushed the best thing to do is to take a photo of the box BEFORE opening it just in case the painting is damaged inside. This will be a huge help with filing a claim against the delivery company. All paintings are fully insured. ♦Damaged Frame will get refund for frame only.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE PAINTING IS BEST FOR MY SPACE?

Don't let your walls eat your art! One of the largest mistakes we have seen over the years is when a painting is too small for the wall space, it can truly throw a room off balance. Our favorite sayings for choosing a size painting are "Bigger is always better" & "When in doubt, tape it out." Years of working alongside designers on location, one of the best tricks used is to tape out the size painting you feel would be right. Be sure to use blue painters tape to not hurt your walls, stand back and see how it feels. If for a moment you feel it looks a bit too small then chances are it is. This is the perfect way to get a true visual of the size and you can adjust bigger or smaller to make sure it's perfect before ordering your painting.

CAN I MAKE CUSTOM REQUESTS?

♦ Of course! We love working closely with clients to achieve the perfect piece or art. Contact us for size options, color changes or let's just create something spontaneous! ♦ Sometimes it's easier to express your ideas vocally. We are always happy to set up a private phone call with you. In order to set up a call please contact us directly through our website at www.ElevateArtGallery.com where you can fill out a simple contact form leaving your phone number, email address, the painting you are interested in, size and any info you would like to discuss. We look forward to connecting with you! ♦ We offer a large range of sizes in our store, if you don't see the size you need available please email us and we are happy to make it available.

MADE TO ORDER PROCESS & TURN AROUND TIME

♦ A custom painting can take between 7 to 14 days depending on complexity, size, supplies and demand. On occasion we may need to restock the studio or order supplies. We will always contact you to let you know if this is the case. For an accurate time frame it's always best to contact us if you're in a rush. ♦ MADE TO ORDERS: Our artists will recreate a very similar painting for you in the same style, composition and colors as the original. Please understand that each painting is hand created so there are no two alike but we do our best to get as close as possible to capture all the beauty of the original. ♦ We stay in touch with you every step of the way and send photos for your approval when the painting is finished before shipping.

WHAT KIND OF MATERIALS DO YOU USE FOR YOUR ARTWORK?

Our artists use some of the best materials on the market today and allows them to produce Gallery/Museum quality works. ♦ CANVAS -Hand stretched for XXL paintings using an ultra thick, acid free, triple primed, 100% cotton canvas. ♦ STRETCHER BARS - Finger spliced, knot free, kiln dried solid pine pro artist bars that are VERY strong and made in the USA. The finger splicing method is the same wood design they use to build homes with. ♦ PAINT & VARNISH - You will only find some of the best acrylic paints with strong pigments in the studio. The artists then top their paintings with varnish which provides UV filtering and protects the art from environmental pollutants.
