* Delivery *
Digital Download is Instant! Once you make your purchase you will receive a link to download your file(s). Each Image is a minimum of 4096 x 4096 pixels and unless otherwise stated are on a solid White background.

* Commercial Licence *
All images now include a free commercial licence. You may use purchased images as many times as you wish for your own personal use and/or on any products you sell, they can be altered or changed in any way you wish but you are legally NOT allowed to resell the unaltered digital files online or on media such as USB's or DVD's etc as this is not within the bounds of the included commercial licence or angel policy. You are permitted to store these images within the memory of digital cutting machines you own, such as the Brother Scan n Cut and you may also print out the images and sell the printed images online or at craft fairs etc.

* Printing *
If you intend on printing your images remember that all Screens and Printers will vary and there may be slight colour differences between what you see on your screen and what prints. When editing the images I use a standardised colour profile to ensure the colours are true to the original artwork.

* Image Backgrounds & Creation *
I offer most of my images as white background JPGs (exceptions to this will be obvious by the preview images) as much of my work is in a Watercolour style. This results in parts of the image being transparent and when the background is removed the transparent parts of the image could also be affected. For example, a petal of a flower that appears white may actually have transparent parts that when placed on a different coloured background will change colour and look strange and out of place. There are many online solutions, that can remove backgrounds, simply and for free. Rather than compromise on the quality of the images I have decided, for now, to keep the backgrounds white and give you the option of removing the backgrounds if you choose to. I am actively seeking ways to offer images with a transparent background without compromising image quality. All clipart has been created using either traditional drawing methods, digital drawing methods, generative AI algorithms or a combination of the aforementioned. All images have been digitally edited and/or colour corrected to give you the best possible quality for the best possible price

* Downloading Your Files *
If you can’t find your download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction [!at] etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account.

How to find the digital purchases in your account

To access your digital files from your account:
Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
Go to Purchases and reviews.
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been cancelled or removed.

If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.
